I drew this one night when I couldn’t sleep. I started out taking random panels from two  terrible Disney comics I had lying around, but the story quickly took off on its own. I kind of wanted it to feel like the nightmare that I had just woken up from. Nightmares are new to me, and they usually involve myself or someone else being in a confusing and horrible situation that they cannot escape from. It probably says something about me, but I think that it’s the scariest thing I can think of.

  1. Shannon Smith Said,

Love it. Reminds me of the Powdered Cat and Gravy Hat days. “That mouse has it too easy. A curse will do him good.” Hah. This explains so much that has gone wrong in my life. Stupid wtich/hag/ladies.

  2. bradwick Said,

Yeah, I feel that way too. It seems just as logical as any other reason I can come up with.

  3. Shannon Smith Said,

I think I heard Dr. Phil say something about how it’s good for your well being if you re-direct all your angst about your own problems by blaming all your issues on curses by witch/hag/ladies fictional or otherwise. And Dr. Phil has never been wrong.

  4. J Chris Campbell Said,

Man! Reminds me of my pal Andrew Davis’ comics. Brad do you have all of those? I think you’d enjoy them.

    Keep the comics coming!!

  5. Adam Said,

I had a really long cool message talking about how awesome this is, but I accidentally clicked a link and lost it. Anywho, I like when you leave the red pencil lines. I like seeing the original placement of the letters. Is this one of those things where I like something way more than I should because you didn’t really spend any time on it.

  6. bradwick Said,

Thanks Adam! I thought the red added a bit of spookyness to it. Glad you dug it!
